With India’s growing economic stature at the international level, Indian businesses reaching global stage and Indian origin people becoming global leaders of multi-nationals, it is time to create a network for Accounting Professionals of Indian origin.

GION is the first Indian origin global accounting network to collaborate with independent member firms from around the world. These member firms provide Audit, Assurance, Tax, Consulting and Corporate advisory to private and public enterprises including multinationals.

GION is in line with the vision of our Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.

GION is initiated by MCA Gulf a multi-disciplinary professional services firm headquartered in Dubai, UAE and operating since 2009.

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board will be an additional structure to support the growth of the network, comprising of 7 to 9 members consisting of eminent personalities who have achieved success at the global stage. The Advisory board can also assist in marketing of the firm and getting required attention for fast growth of the firm.

Board of Directors

The composition of at least 5 members of Board of Directors has to be by election after two years of formation and remaining members can be nominated by the elected board members. Once the board is in place, one of the representative from a region, will be given responsibility to act as Regional Coordinator for member firms of the particular region. The board will have powers to frame the detailed functioning of the board and once approved by the board, can be ratified by the member firms.
